Vacation payouts are an unfounded liability which will not be considered, except in exceptional circumstances with written approval of the Superintedent or Secretary Treasurer and in compliance with legislation.
1. The annual vacation entitlement is calculated from July 1 to June 30 inclusive.
2. Any vacation entitlement outstanding as at June 30th must be taken as actual time away from the workplace prior to June 30th of the following year.
